Highlights of my weekend at the ‘Ankara in Diaspora’ exhibition by with some very amazing and beautiful people I had the opportunity of meeting☺️.
We were graced with the presence of Deputy lieutenant; Mrs Lisa Yam DL ,Representative from Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester Diane Hawkins DL.
As one of the guest speakers, I was able to discuss my coming into the Ankara business, the uses and beauty of the fabric and how our culture is a representation of who we are and our clothing is a part of that culture and representation.
