Dotori is a Korean Anju bar based in Berlin serving natural wine and Korean food.
Weâre very excited to be hosting Chi and Dax at Flawd on Sunday 11th August from 12pm to share the amazing Dotori experience with you all in Manchester!
There will be plenty of Korean inspired dishes on the menu and a wine list with a heavy focus on Germany.
Weâre also very lucky to have the amazing of flying in from Berlin to provide the perfect soundtrack to the day!

Celebrate New Year's Eve at Flawd with a Korean Feast cooked by !
Seri and Team have created a Korean sharing menu that celebrates the winter season and produce from around the North-West. Following her recent trip to Korea, Seri has also brought some very exciting ingredients, especially for this event!
The menu is priced at ÂŁ55 per guest and includes a glass of Champagne upon arrival. There are two seating times to choose from depending on how you wish to plan your night!
Seating times are 7:15pm - 9.15pm or 9:30pm-Late. Please bear in mind that tables reserved at 7:15pm are kindly required back in two hours.
There will be a special wine list available on the night in addition to our usual offering of beer, wines by the glass and bottles.
The bar will be open for walk-ins from 2PM - 2PM, so if youâve been out somewhere else and fancy a celebratory glass or bottle, swing by and weâll make space! Oysters and a small selection of bar snacks will also be available throughout the day.
We couldnât have made it through this past year without all of your energy and support and what a memorable year itâs been! We canât wait to bring in the next one - ęą´ë°°!

Weâll be celebrating the new vintage as well as delving into some older wines from our favourite producers of the region.
