**OPENING TIMES**

QUEUES WILL BE OPEN FROM 1:00 PM
DOORS OPEN 2:00 PM
LAST ENTRY WILL BE 6:30 PM (INCLUDING SUPER VIP RE-ENTRY)

**TICKET INFO**

If you purchased a ticket to the 3rd of July show and you did not request and obtain a refund when offered, your ticket(s) will automatically transfer over to the new date which is on Saturday 28th August 2021.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A NEW TICKET PLEASE USE YOUR ORIGINAL EMAIL.

PHOTO ID maybe required for all entrants. This is to verify you are over 18+ BUT more importantly it is apart of our security plan to ensure everyone is kept safe at our event.

Driving Licence, Passport (doesn't matter if its out of date as long as it looks like you now) or citizen pass mark card. < These are what forms of ID are accepted.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY A SECOND HAND TICKET....???

Second-hand tickets are not valid! All tickets are non transferable which means a ticket can only be used by the person who has purchased it. Photo id matching the ticket info maybe required upon entry.

**DRESS CODE & SITE INFO**

The site is on hard ground NO MUD! All arenas are covered… there are two big top circus tents and all other arenas are indoors. THE WEEKEND IS SET TO BE SUNNY AND HOT SO PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY

**COVID INFO**

If you are feeling unwell or showing signs of covid-19 symptoms please do not come to the event. Attached is our Covid-19 health and safety information with regards to attending this event. PLEASE READ IT!

**DRINKS TOKENS, FOOD & RIDES INFO**

B.E.C Complex operate a token system to buy drinks. Tokens can be purchased on site from any token point.

ONLY TOKENS CAN BE SPENT ON THE BARS TO BUY DRINKS

Your ticket has some terms written on them as well as full terms on our website and skiddle.com. Selling your ticket breaks these terms and you may be subject to losing your tickets without a rebate.

GROUP TICKETS - Orders of 2 or more tickets are classed as group tickets. The person who is named on the tickets OWNS these tickets and must be present on entry with their photo ID for the tickets to be used for valid entry.

E.G If John Smith purchased 6 tickets in one order he can bring any 5 friends with him but they ALL must come to the door with John for their tickets to work.

Group tickets CANNOT be split! YOU MUST ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER AND ENTER AS ONE.
If you cannot attend and need to transfer over your tickets to one of the other members of your party please contact one of the support channels above and they will take you through security and help you to arrange this.
