Did you know that local research across Greater Manchester repeatedly finds that parents and carers of children and young people struggling with their mental health want a safe space to be listened to.
We are one of the few mental health organisations for parents and carers, in Greater Manchester that provide that space, with a team of parents who’ve been on that journey (and many of us still are).
We get it.
That’s why we provide that non judgemental, compassionate and welcoming space.
Plus we have the added benefits of having CAMHS practitioners, working alongside us to provide practical advice and information at our monthly in person support groups.
Join us upstairs at Stretford Mall, Trafford (3rd Weds of the month) or the strand in Rochdale (last Tuesday of the month), 10-11.30am
We also have our monthly online group in the evening.

Great peer support session today at The Strand in Kirkholt. We went off topic which I love as it means that we can give time and space to topics that are relevant to the participants involved and that is where the magic happens 💫.
Our next session's theme is non-school attendance . Join us on the 24th September using the link below 👇

This week has been a bit of a sad one. On Monday we said goodbye to ‘Our Em’ Emma Ellies Bradley who has been managing the centre in Stretford for the last 10 months.
Anyone who knows Em will know how much sunshine, kindness and compassion she brings into peoples lives. We are so grateful to have worked with you and for the passion and fun you have bought.
We are going to miss your beaming smile and kind heart.
The Centre may be a little more empty but our hearts are so much fuller!
See you soon Em and always keep shining your light 💫🙏🏼❤️
