Our Whisky of the Week is the brilliant Highland Single Malt, Creation 5 ✨️

This beautiful single malt has been aged in Andean oak casks from Colombia.

The wood has combined with the subtly smoky spirit to produce a whisky with notes of smoke, clove, eucalyptus and banana.

Pop in for a wee dram today! 🥃

Chorlton Whisky - Teaninich 12, from the Scottish Highlands is featured this week.

With stone fruit, vanilla ice cream and autumnal noted on the nose, this delivers spiced pear, some nuttiness and creamy notes from the nose with a dash of herbs and red apples, wrapped up in a syrupy mouthfeel.

It's always appropriate to enjoy a scotch of this quality, so don't worry about the weather 😉

Our G&T of the week features Bloody Shiraz and we can guarantee you'll love what it's got going on.

A cult favourite and dripping with awards, it's created by steeping Rare Dry Gin in Shiraz grapes from Melbourne's Yarra Valley.

A collaboration with Simon Martin of .mana by utilising discarded oyster shells during the distillation process, this gin is totally unique.

Our new Gin of the Week is a delicious limited edition offering from Hendricks, using sweet herbs and stone fruits to make a damn good gin. Garnished with the classic cucumber this makes a perfect g&t for the weekend.

For this week, we have the Glen Scotia Victoriana from the Campbeltown region, a beautiful dram come get it now at Gas Lamp.

What are you reaching for when you've made it through Monday?

We think this lovely Sicilian Grillo is just the number.

A light and zesty, fruit forward white, you can expect juicy green apple, white peach and honeydew melon aromas that continue onto the palate with a tang of grapefruit.

How good does our gin of the week sound?

Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin is a light and refreshing fruity gin, bursting with the floral notes of red dragon fruit, the sweetness of lychee and the tartness of raspberry. 

Not only is it delicious, but donate 10% of all profits to tarsier conservation projects in Southeast Asia.

So by raising a glass you're also helping to raise awareness and money to help protect these cute little primates 🐒

We'd say Tamaki III hits the brief. We're loving this sour from packed full of plum and hojicha tea. It's sweet and sharp, with some tannic notes coming in from the tea. Plus we think you'll agree it looks absolutely beautiful 😍

It's time to try Tomatin Cù Bocan Creation #6...

A single malt Scotch whisky aged in Pedro Ximenez and Jamaican Rum barrels.

The resultant whisky is slightly peated, delivering flavours of roasted Jamaican ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, Spiced Plum Jam, Amaretto cherries and a buckskin chocolate 🍒🍫🥃
