Kids class from 2021.

Some have moved up to the adults, some are still training. Yet a load are missing.

I think in this day an age kids need as much discipline and fitness as they can get.

I was at the Salford University freshers fair this week. There were stalls for rugby, kickboxing etc. Yet the stall with the biggest queue was for the gaming society.

I think as parents it is up to us to encourage our next generation to get out and get moving as much as possible.

So if your child is on this photo, please come back, or get in touch so we can have a chat.

It was a good week of training last week, great to see some old faces back.

However, still a few still missing. Especially from the kids class.

So let’s have a big push, no matter how long it’s been, come back with no questions asked!

There will be NO Circuit and Sparring Class this Sunday, 25th August. All other classes are as normal. Enjoy your long weekend and be ready for Tuesday's class. Grading is 5 weeks away.

GRADING DATE IS SET FOR TUESDAY 1 OCTOBER.

So those that have been missing over summer, it’s time to drag your selves back. You can do the kicking and screaming in class.

Set yourself the goal to grade, leave the excuses at home and push!

Circuits have been up and down with numbers over the last month. So tomorrow let’s make it an up day!

If you are training for brown or black belt next year, then really you need to make the effort. “I’ll start soon” does not cut it.

If you are training to compete then you simply have to be there.

If you simply want to just get your self in the best shape you can possibly be, with a sharp set of tools, then come on down.

We are open to all levels and grades. It’s something a bit different to the Tuesday’s and Thursday’s classes.

So don’t think just do. Tomorrow at 10am.

Gradings are complete. We are off syllabus for a while so we can now just enjoy training.

If anyone wants any uniforms we will have them tonight. Trousers are £25 and T shirts are £20.

Doors will be open from 5.45pm for a 6.10pm start. DO NOT be late. If you have it, full uniform and belt. If you are not grading tonight then its a class as normal, so let's see as many of you down tonight.

‼️ MIXED CLASS ‼️
As soon as the Kids Class have left at 6.50pm, we'll get you in as quick as possible for a 7.00pm start. Same for you guys, DO NOT be late. Full uniform and belt. If you're not grading, be there for your training partners.

Let's have two solid gradings tonight. Put 100% into everything.
