This is what Empowered looks like....

I have come a realise that women shave there bodies, because most of the time we think we are doing it for ourselves our own empowerment!
But in reality, well at least mine this just was not the case. If it was I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable when the hair was there, not wanting to get my legs out etc when unshaven.
This led me to realise a lot of what women do is because of SHAME. Shame from men, shame from other women, shame from industries, shame from just about any where!
And for what? For hair growing from somewhere else other then our eyebrow or head?
It took growing all my hair to realise that I will live in shame no longer! I will do what I want with my body and no longer allow my empowerment to be in others hands!
I am beautiful what ever I decide to do with my hair and my body! I am beautiful because I am me! I am empowered and I want to help others to feel the power in releasing the shame attached to whatever there holding it for!
Shame has no place in our bodies, it cause illness, stress, fatigue and we need to do all we can that when we realise shame is there RELEASE IT gain control of it! And love yourself 😍
