Our Brewers are very keen on energy efficiency. We get hot water via a heat exchanger that we then use to brew with the next day.
The majority of our ingredients are British and an extremely high percentage of our beers go into Cask and Keg – which is more efficient than cans and bottles. Plus, we sell our spent grains from the Mash Tun to farmers for their cattle feed! 💚💚💚
