Pan fried seabass with seared scallops & chorizo on a bed of steamed broccoli with garlic roast potatoes. Served with a shrimp &chive veloute

Griddled sourdough topped with Avacado with lemon zest, chilli and roasted crushed almond sprinkle!

Pan fried garlic butter salmon with balsamic glazed beetroot & Danish blue cheese, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
Roasted garlic, honey, mustard and white wine vinegar green bean salad with toasted almonds.

Pan fried fennel, coriander, chilli and lemon zest crusted sea bass on bed of smashed boiled potatoes and parsnips with leeks braised in white wine and butter sprinkled with toasted almonds and parsley.

What a great evening, we loved getting Old Smokey back out for our first wedding of the year, it feels good to be back🤩
