The salon is always very busy during these months so I wanted to give you as much notice as possible about my holiday dates, however if you do try to book online and can’t see a date/time to suit you then please send me a message as I may be able to fit you in where the system doesn’t show and we all know that I will end up adding a late night or 2 😂

Lydia, Tracy & Faye will still be working in the salon and also online to help with any enquiries. Lydia does have some availability if any of my clients need root touch ups etc whilst I’m away but these slots will go as she has her own clients too, so if you think you’ll need an appointment during this time please book sooner rather than later.

How pretty is this low maintenance balayage!
By using different highlighting & balayage techniques it means that the regrowth will be much softer, therefore meaning that the colour lasts longer.

Transformation Tuesday 😍

Today we did a colour correction on Steph ready to add extensions and get her wedding ready!

Today was Steph’s first visit to a salon in years after previously having a bad experience so we kept the cut minimal, lifted out all of those brassy tones and added a root smudge to prep the hair for the next sessions balayage 🤍

Thanks to the absolute angel that is Tracy giving up hours of her free time to get everything moved over, we are now fully set up on our new booking app 🎉

All future appointments have already been moved over, so if you’re booked in then you shouldn’t have to do a thing.

Some of you will know just how happy this makes me! Kaitlyn has finally taken the plunge and given me (nearly) free range on her hair!

No more staring at silver blondes that we do in the salon with envy and fighting the yellow that loves to set in on her naturally dark hair 🎉😂

From lived in balayage to the cleanest of blondes 😍

Louise fancied changing things up a bit after recently having a baby so that’s exactly what we did!

As you can see there was absolutely no damage to the hair and she’s left the salon with the right products to keep it that way!

Lifted with Matrix Professional Hair Color & Care lightener and scalp additive, toned with then protected and styled by the backwash and styling range

We have a few upcoming changes at the salon, please have a read below to stay up to date

• Firstly we’re moving over to an exciting new booking app! We will update you all when the time comes, but you won’t need to do a thing other than follow a link to download the app. All existing appointments will be moved over.

• Secondly along with the new booking app we will be accepting Klarna on all services, and yes, that will include extensions!

• Thirdly we will be implementing a strict cancellation policy with varying fees depending on the length of time of cancellation before the appointment. This is one that we have put off for as long as we can but unfortunately due to the rise in cancellations over the last couple of years, we now have no choice.
*we will never charge a fee for an appointment that is cancelled at least 48hours before an appointment

• Fourth we will be providing customer feedback forms, we’d love if you could all take part on your next visit and help us improve the salon with any suggestions and comments (good or bad) that we can feed back to the team.
* You will have the option to complete the feedback form anonymously

• Finally there will be a slight price increase to Daniella’s services that will take effect from 1st March. Again this is one that we have delayed for as long as possible, but with more stock price increases coming in April it is just something that we can no longer put off. Kaitlyn’s prices will remain the same and you will be able to differentiate the two on the app by selecting their names or junior stylist and senior stylist.

We hope that you all understand the changes that are being put in place and we hope to see you all soon! Thankyou as always for your continued loyalty and support 🤍

I just wanted to let you all know that I am now back in the salon pretty much full time and running all appointments as normal 🎉
I’m back to doing weaves, highlights, cuts, curls, EVERYTHING!

The only thing I have a bit of a battle with at the minute is blowdrys so Kaitlyn and Faye are still doing all of my drying, but other than that everything is now back to normal 🎉

✨ STYLIST POSITION AVAILABLE ✨

Due to our lovely Tracey giving up hair for good to concentrate on the beauty side of her business, we now have a stylist position available within the salon!

We are a fairly new but very busy salon with an ever growing clientele, the salon is always a fun & bubbly place to be and we are looking for someone that will slot into place with our already existing team and add to that atmosphere.

There are lots of parking options around the salon, varying working hours to suit any individual & we are willing to consider both rental or commission basis to find the right person for this role.

WE HAVE A WRIST UPDATE!

Today I had my follow up appointment at the fracture clinic, where they have confirmed that the bone that was operated on is now fully healed and I’m okay to start physio and exercises at home 🎉🎉🙌🏼
The two tiny ones apparently may never heal but we can get over that 😂

I’ve still got A LOT of stiffness which causes reduced movement but we’re definitely getting there! I’m now going to start taking some appointments, so far I can root colour, weave and maybe manage a few highlights and I’m hoping that the rest will follow in the very near future with some help from physio.
