We’re extremely proud of all the women working across our teams at Telcom, and are delighted to be celebrating International Women’s Day today.

This year’s theme of is one that fits well within our Telcom culture - this is all about supporting every individual to be successful in their role. That’s making sure that everyone has the opportunity to be as good as they can be, by equipping them with the right tools, individual training and guidance to help them progress.

It’s often a challenge to attract and recruit women in the technology industry, and, even more so in the telecoms sector. Telcom is fortunate to have over 35 women working across our teams, including our infrastructure and engineering teams, and we’d love to welcome more.

We’re also fortunate to have two fantastic female leaders, Pam Southern (Group HR Director) and Alison Elliot (Chief Marketing Officer), who are both inspiring and setting a great example for others across the company.
