Inspired by Maurizio’s love for the native Naples and its incredible street food, we’ve got some treats for you:

💚 Montanara with Pistachio Pesto and Pancetta: Mini fried pizza, Nonna Teresa style

🍕Pizza Portafoglio: The Neapolitan street food icon has landed in Manchester, packing all the flavours of a Margherita, folded in a ‘wallet’

🍯 Soffietti with ‘nduja, arrabbiata and honey: Our classic steaming hot dough balls, with a little heat and a touch of sweetness - just like us!

🍋 Amalfi Lemon Zest Spaghetti with Prawns: the freshest of flavours, mixed with Italy’s love of seafood

🥯 Friselle Tower: Southern Italy’s flavoursome bread, with a tower of fresh veg, topped with a whole creamy burrata

❤️Rum Baba With Ricotta Cream and Apricot Jam: a tangy summer take on the classic babà cake

We opened Salvi’s at the Corn Exchange MCR in 2012, inspired by the Italian mozzarella and coffee bars.

With several tables and a fully-stocked deli, customers were transported to Italy over a cup of espresso or real Italian wine.

We’re proud to see how our Mozzarella Bar has grown over the last 14 years, turning into a Manchester icon with an al fresco space, our favourite deli, and a restaurant downstairs.
