Hey folks with the weather being warm any student can wear suitable training clothes ie shorts, tshirts and so on and make sure to bring water hydration is important when training!

What a fantastic grading we had well done to everyone 👏

Howdy folks!

So tomorrow is the grading,so here is a quick reminder to the students of the club to wear thier gi and belt!!! ,makeing sure its presentable ,bring water or juice ,a pack lunch.

The session starts at 9 so please be 10,15 minutes early to get changed if necessary and to ask the senseis any questions.

For the orange belts taking Thier green belt grading this Saturday the 13th may here is the link for hian sandan so can practice (you must also practice all the previously learnt kata's ) focus on stances and looking sharp!
I have also posted the previous katas on the page.
Also don't forget to bring water,a light snack,gi,belt and license!

We are very happy to announce a new seminar in Slovenia conducted by Masataka Ohsh*ta, Hanshi 10th DAN SSWU, Kyoshi 7th DAN JKF!

Seminar will be held April 15th in Celje and April 16th in Ljubljana.

2023 Shukokai England Course dates. Shrewsbury dates are held at Mileham Karate dojo Belvidere School Shrewsbury. They are open to all students of grade Yellow belt & Above.

A 3-hour course with Sensei Chris Mileham and instructors from different dojos in our association. There will be two short breaks.

Cost is £15 – pay on the day.

Hulme Karate Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth II.

We thank her for the great number of years of dedicated service to our country.

Our thoughts and condolences are with The Royal Family and all those around the world that are mourning her loss.

Open to all students who are aged 16 years and above. (Previously it was open only to yellow belts and above).

It is also open to students aged 8 to 15 years of age who are also 8th kyu and above (yellow belt)

The course fee is £15 payable on the day.

Timings 10am to 1.30pm with a short break. Make sure to bring a drink and possibly a snack!

Please bring your licence books so that they can be signed.
