• ⭐️Baby Ballet⭐️

If you’re looking for a weekly class to enjoy some one on one time with your little one, then why not try Baby Ballet?

You can sign up for a 3 week trial before committing to a full term which is ideal. We took this time to figure out Emily’s naps. Turns out giving her a 25 min nap and then expecting her to dance around looking adorable in a tutu was a bit of a stretch so we now grab tea and toast beforehand to keep her awake until after class.

The class itself is lovely and great bonding time especially when Emily refuses the warm up and sits and cuddles for the first 5 mins. We’re on our third term now and her confidence has grown so much. She’s come to know what to expect and yesterday she even cheered as we drove into the carpark 😍

There’s only one more sleep until we’re back for our Summer 2 term everyone!😁

Little star, Ella, has taken such a shining to our wonderful Miss Beth, and here are some pics to prove it! She loves to go up for cuddles and sit on Miss Beth’s knee 🥹

Heartwarming is definitely the word when we see your little stars form the most amazing bonds with our fabulous babyballet teachers. Not to mention the stories we hear from our grown ups: little stars learning to say their teacher’s name, asking “when is it time to see Miss Natalia?”, playing ‘babyballet’ at home where they pretend to be their teacher, and my personal favourite “There’s Miss Suzy’s house” when they go past their babyballet venue as they genuinely believe their teacher lives there 😂🏡

How lucky we are to have the chance to impact your little stars in the most amazing way 💖🩵

We loved seeing your little stars’ faces light up after receiving their certificates for a wonderful term of dancing with us! 🥹

And those curtseys and bows are just getting better and better- we think you’ve all been practising them at home 👏🏼

We’re now on half term so there are no classes running this week. Your little stars (as well as you grownups!) can rest their good toes and enjoy some fun with family and friends 🥰

Last night I went to watch Take That at the AO Arena with our fab admin manager (and my mum!), Corinne 🤩

Take That was my first ever gig when I was just 7 at the Arena. Corinne took a Mark Owen obsessed little Miss Suzy (Corinne was more of a Gary fan herself 😄) to see their ‘Nobody Else Tour’ and I was absolutely mesmerised by it all 🤩 I came away with a TT dog tag necklace (I thought I was the coolest kid with those 😎) and a t-shirt so big, it became a nightie 😂

Music has always been a huge part of my life and with my mum, dad, and 2 older brothers playing all kinds of genres and artists/ bands, I definitely have them all to thank for the eclectic music taste I have developed 😄

So every time Take That tour, off we go to watch them, and sing and dance our hearts out! I’m so lucky to have made so many memories together with my mum doing our favourite thing, seeing ‘the boys’! 🥰

It’s such a magical thing to see your little stars develop not only a love for dance, but also a love for music in our classes. The power of music is immeasurable and we love seeing your little ones feel that, from a wiggle at 6 months old, to pliés, pointes, and twirls at 5 years old 🎵

Throwing it back to when some of our little Movers stars went to perform at a local care home 🥰

This was an amazing day- probably one of my favourite days since becoming a babyballet franchisee! To see the residents’ faces light up watching our little stars performing some of their dances for them was incredibly moving and heart warming 🥹 And our little stars received the biggest cheers for their dancing- they absolutely loved chatting to the residents and showing them all of their beautiful ballet 🩰

• We’re so excited to welcome the fantastic Miss Maria to our babyballet family!💖

Miss Maria will be teaching our BRAND NEW SATURDAY CLASSES at Culcheth Methodist Church, WA3 4BJ, from this Saturday the 20th April 🩰

A little bit more about Miss Maria…

Miss Maria has danced all of her life. She began dancing when she was 18 months old learning ballet, tap and modern. She completed all UKA exams in ballet, tap and modern up to pre-elementary level. Miss Maria has performed in dance shows at some fantastic venues such as the The Manchester Palace, Manchester Opera House, The Lowry, Salford and The Blackpool Winter Gardens. She then went on to study BTEC Musical Theatre at Pendleton College where she gained a Distinction grade. Miss Maria is also a fully trained Primary School Teacher and teaches in a primary school on weekdays. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two young children and exploring the outdoors together. Miss Maria is really looking forward to becoming part of the babyballet family and sharing her love of dance with everyone 🩵

We hope you’ve all had a lovely Easter break 🐣🐰🍫 It was our first day back today and we hope our Monday stars had lots of fun in their classes 🩰

Miss Suzy had a little break to Wales during the Easter holidays, and went to visit Gwrych castle in Abergele (see tiny Miss Suzy in the pic 😂)- it was built in the early 19th century and owned by Lord and Lady Hesketh, and then used in 2020 and 2021 for the filming of I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here! 🏰

It was a lovely castle, but not as magical as our babyballet castle in the sky where our babyballet characters live 💫 Miss Suzy wondered if Twinkle and Teddy would like to live in the Welsh castle for a day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

👶🏼 Let’s talk Tots! 👶🏼

Did you know we run Tots classes for little ones aged 6 - 18 months?🩷

Our 35 minute Tots class is a musical, sensory and play class, with singing, mime and toys for parent/carer and baby to enjoy together. The introduction of movements and activities allow babies to increase bodily awareness and self-control in a relaxed and safe environment 🥰

We dance and sing to nursery rhymes and songs from popular children’s tv programmes/ films. We use props such as scarves, musical instruments, teddy bears, a parachute, and a baby trampoline, to help your little ones develop their motor skills and physical development 🌟
