We had the loveliest time today at The Mare and Foal- Failsworth with our male/female duo Christmas show!

In 2019, I ran the Oldham College choir, and we heard about a local man named Terrence who had spent 20 Christmases on his own. We wanted to spread some Christmas joy, so we went to sing his favorite carol, "Silent Nightβ on his doorstep alongside Dan Walker on the BBC Breakfast show.
We all fell in love with him and we still keep in contact! β€οΈ

This week I have worked alongside the incredible charity Little Lady Locks, who supply hair wigs for children with hair loss, and they have made the most beautiful John Lewis style advert and this gorgeous girl Cora, who is only 3 years old stars in the advert.

It was a collaborative effort involving talented local musicians, institutions, and amazing individuals from all walks of life, brought together by Oldham College under the collective name 'Oldham Community.'
The song was created to raise awareness for the amazing charity STOP THE TRAFFIK, an organisation dedicated to fighting against human trafficking.
