Today we added some darker lowlights through her blonde for winter. It softened it up and added some depth. I love this colour!

Can you believe the difference? As she was in tonight it got me thinking, We’ve been on a real journey together over the years. It took us nearly two years alone just to softly break through years of red dye. (I remember how excited I was when we finally hit a warm blonde) Now we just do regular balayage touch ups and cuts to keep her hair looking gorgeous 🥰

But it just shows, patience is key! I will only do what your hair will allow me to do. It isn’t worth compromising the health of your hair. Slow and steady wins the race! ❤️

Happy Monday! Full head of fine highlights and a root drag to soften, add some dimension and depth. We wanted a softer root for when her natural colour starts to come through. This will make it less maintenance for her. Toned to refresh her blonde. Loving this! 🥰

After nearly 11 years of working at Teak salon, I’m starting a new adventure in my career! I am opening my very own salon called “Serenity Salon by Carmen”

My salon is a beautiful cabin on the grounds of Clovelly House, 44 Station Road, March.

Bye bye blonde highlights! Going back to her roots 😍 couldn’t bring myself to eliminate all of the light so i did an ombré to give it multitones and depth 🥰

Before and after from today! Breaking up that “balayage” previous colour wasn’t done at our salon, but dragging more dark through and toning gave it such a rich healthy look and feel. Love it! 🫶🏼

Following up from a previous colour correction I did in February, finally perfectly matches her natural colour 😍 this took two appointments. And now she doesn’t have to deal with roots anymore!

These colour corrections take time and patience. I can only work with what your hair will allow me to do. And if I don’t feel like your hair can handle all the chemicals used I will take a longer process to do it or maybe even suggest other alternatives and routes to get you there the healthier way. But the outcome is always worth it ❤️ trust the process 🙏🏻
