Last night we honoured our ancestors in our practice and lit candles for our loved ones. A beautiful practice listening to the pouring rain outside. 🙏❤️

As Samhain reminds us all of the importance of honouring the ancestors and the importance of blessing the world and forging our connections to all things seen and unseen it also marks the end of the summer and moving into those important 'Wintering' months.

If you are anything like me, I can feel particulary sad around this time but knowing that there is a community around to help move through the darker months helps lift the spirits!

Yoga practice tonight with me, honouring the ancestors in our little yoga group 7.45 PM to 9 PM at Flowmotion.life as always.

Derbyshire County Council staff yoga class every Friday lunchtime

Beginning June 17th

Returning back to All Saints Community Hall, Smedley Street, Matlock, lunchtime yoga for Derbyshire County Council staff (but not limited to) after a couple of years hiatus. All welcome to join. Please bring your own equipment.

£8 per session every Friday lunchtime from 12.30 PM to 13.30 PM.
