As well as having over 20 years cycle experience I am now a Level 3 Cycle Coach with the Association of British Cycling Coaches. I'm looking to help any rider who wants to improve regardless of their level or aspirations. Drop me a line if I can be of any help.

Going away this autumn? We have 2x BikeBoxAlan Easy fit boxes for hire should you need. Minimal dismantling required - in most cases, just wheels and pedals off, that’s it!

£40/week.

Bike box hire - £40/week. We have 2x BikeBoxAlan Easy Fit boxes for hire. These are brilliant boxes! Minimal dismantling required, usually just pedals and wheels off, no need to twist/remove stem/handlebars. We also have the adapters to take an additional disc wheel if needed.

Price increase 1/12/2022

For the last 3 years I have done my utmost to offer the best possible service at very competitive rates to my clients whether here in Middleton or at The Climbing Unit. Unfortunately due to the increase in running costs it is unavoidable that I must now, regrettably, inform you of a price increase.

From 1st December 2022 my rates will be as follows:
Treatment up to 1hr - £38
Treatment up to 30 mins - £23

All appointments for November 2022 will be charged at existing prices and all appointments that have already been made post 1st December 2022 will be honoured at the pre December rates. All future appointments made for any dates post 1st December will be charged at the new price structure.

Well what a week that was!...working on a tour of Andalusia with Mellow Jersey. Simply amazing riding. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

Back in the UK now, I’m fully booked for sports massage this week. Appointments available week commencing 26th Sept.

UKRAINE CRISIS APPEAL - CHARITY OFFER

Like many I am deeply saddened and concerned at the escalating crisis in Ukraine.

As a small offering of help, from 13/4/2022 - 31/4/2022 I pledge to donate £5 from all customer bookings received and carried out in that period to the British Red Cross Ukraine appeal. This will apply to both 30min or 1hr appointments regardless and will also apply to all bookings taken for May's clinic at The Climbing Unit.
