Covid-19 update: face treatments in England postponed until at least August 15 Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that face treatments in beauty salons and spas in England will not resume tomorrow – postponed to at least August 15 due to the rising R rate

So just to confirm this is a statement from the National Hair & Beauty Federation 9 July 2020

The British Beauty Council, British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) have been working with the Government to support the reopening of the beauty sector.

They have been informed by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) that beauty salons and beauty professionals in England will be allowed to return to work on Monday 13th July, but no treatments on the face will be permitted.

So basically no brow, lash or facial waxing allowed. As soon as there is a change to these restrictions I will be in touch with everyone concerned. Much love ❤️

Unfortunately I cannot reopen on July 4th as hoped - we will have to wait a little longer.
I will be in touch with everyone as soon as a definite reopening date has been announced by the government Disappointed and gutted is an understatement 😢😢

Ok. So just had this picture sent to me from a client. Shellac 11 weeks old and still hanging on in there 😁 !! My client has carefully filed the length down a few times but the Shellac is still there. Just goes to show what a great product it is 💅💅

Ok. So it’s going to be at least 3 more weeks but probably more 😢
I’ll be in touch with everyone the minute the government allows and it’s safe to start back up. Any appointments still standing I will honour and then I will get each and everyone of you back in ASAP. 💅💅 I miss you all. Stay positive. Stay well and stay safe. ❤️🌈
