Serendipity - Local handmade craft

This leaflet says it all, I hate to start the day with a moan but here goes,I am an optimist always have been,my glass is half full never half empty until now, why you may ask??

The work around the town hall and the town hall itself is going to be completed hopefully in January next year,this is almost the worst news for all the businesses my end of the high street,many are already suffering badly,the upper end of this town is already gone to the dog so please everyone come out and support these hard working business people before it's too late. A lady said to me yesterday what a lovely shop,I'll have to come back at Christmas, will we be here? any of us.

Goodness halfway through July and another school year nearly finished.I thought today I would pop afew lovely craft item on to maybe give you ideas for those don't know what to buy gifts or something for yourself.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to each and everyone for coming into the shop this week,it has been a particularly hard few days with the work continuing over the road ,there has been a Suction Excavator working for several days,the noise Is continuous which I have become used to over time,but yesterdays odour for which I have no words to describe nearly had me beaten by lunchtime, I'm sure all the businesses this end of the high street and especially on the Island would love to see you too.

The shop will be closed next Tuesday the 25th but back up and running from Wednesday onwards Linda

Good evening everyone,this new sign arrived today very close to the DIY shop I'm not quite sure what this means apart from more disruption, also please be aware of the change to the bus service from the stop outside Cooper and Tanner which will now depart from outside the vets, so if you or anyone you know does pick up the Bath bus please pass on this information. A small change to shop opening times next week.Tuesday 9am-3pm Wednesday Thursday and Friday closed. Saturday 9am-3pm

Good morning to one and all, I just wanted to let those that are unaware that work starts on the new market square this coming Monday,as you can see we are in it for the long haul and my plea to everyone out there is to please continue to support the traders on the island and up my end of the high street, life has been tough for some of us over this past year or so and I'm sure you all want the shops open and trading, you know what the saying is Use it or loose it. Hello everyone,just to let you all know that the shop will not be open next Tuesday 30th January but back on Wednesday as normal.

Sadly I am saying goodbye to two crafters that have been here for quite along time,

their departure is a chance for someone new to come and share this lovely space, are

you that person? would you like to have your weekends free from loading and unloading

your precious items? scuttling across carparks in driving rain or scorching sun,

Let me take the strain,come and take a look at what's on offer, ,you will not be disappointed

I'm sure.The shop has now been open for over two years and building week by week and as

a group of local crafters you would be made most welcome.
