Apologies for any delays experienced this morning, We are experiencing some technical difficulties causing significant system slowness. This is a nationwide issue across many GP Surgeries. Please be assured we are processing enquiries as fast as we can given this issue.

On Wednesday 14th February 2024 we posted on Facebook to ask patients and the wider community of Milton Keynes to take part in a focus group to help shape the healthcare we provide from our services.

Unfortunately, we made an error in our post and did not clearly explain that there was a limited number of spaces available in the focus group and that participants would be chosen to ensure a diverse representation of our patient population. In our post, we offered a £80 voucher for those who took part but did not state in a clear enough way that this would only be applicable to the 10 people shortlisted. For our lack of clarity and any confusion that we have caused, we sincerely apologise. The error made was ours and not that of the Patient Association, for which we again apologise.

Due to the overwhelming response, OneMedical Group and the Patients Association have concluded that limiting the discussion to only 10 participants in a focus group would not adequately represent the diverse range of experiences and opinions shared. To ensure that every voice is heard and given equal consideration, we have decided to create a concise survey that delves deeper into the thoughts and experiences outlined in the initial expression of interest form. This approach allows us to gather comprehensive feedback from all respondents, guaranteeing that unique perspectives are captured and incorporated into our findings.

On completion of the survey, you will be entered into a draw to receive a £80 love to shop voucher and there will be 10 vouchers available.

OneMedical Group is committed to putting people first and being as open and transparent as possible. We hope that this patient feedback survey will provide us with some key insights as to how we can continue to improve the services we offer in Milton Keynes.
