Dancing or not❓

Dancing it’s an social activity which helps you to meet NEW people.

Studies proved the fact that being in harmony relationships, with positive people, helps to develop a great self esteem and a positive 😍 view for life.

If you ask people who have been dancing for years, they will tell you 💃🕺 “DANCING CHANGED MY LIFE”. Majority who chose to join the world of dance never quit.

Sometimes you might take a break for a while, but almost everyone who discovers dancing returns to dance.

‼️Be aware as you’ll become addicted to the energy you connect with, when you’re dancing.

🦶🦶 Did you know the most common fear when it comes to dance is “I have two left feet” ?

Most of the people who never danced in their life, when you start speaking with them about dance, straight away come with this argument.

🙄 Somehow it’s understandable not to know how to dance but “I have two left feet” it’s not.

You’re not getting born and you know how to walk. Right❓ You’re learning through the process of trial and failure.

These “I have two left feet” come from the lack of confidence 😱. When you start something new, you’re invaded by panic and loads of fears, because YES! you’re getting out of your comfort zone.

Still one interesting thing about dance is the fact that it USES BOTH SIDES OF YOUR BRAIN. What you do on one side you have to do on the other side as well.

For example, in Salsa you have 3 steps and a brake moving with your left foot forward and 3 steps and a brake moving backward with your right foot. 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ 5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣ 💃🕺.
