Naan bread.The fluffiest, lightest naan I’ve ever made. Sometimes when you first make any kind of bread it sometimes takes a few goes to get it perfect. This it it doesn’t me. I left it to prove for longer than usual and I cooked it in a stone non stick pan.

After a very enjoyable baking demo I was left with rather a lot of bread. This was my cottage loaf which I scooped out and poured Moroccan spiced lentil soup in. A real winter warmer on a day that felt like it’s getting closer!

Mushroom fettuccine. Forgot how tasty this dish is. With 90+ recipes on cookidoo you will be spoilt for choice and could make a different dish for months on end!
