Been a bit quiet on the baking front lately as I’ve been establishing a routine for my son as we start to ramp up to nursery/back to work!

Anyway, I was chuffed to bits when I was asked to make this princess cake for a four year old princess 👸

My diary is busier than ever so order with plenty of notice to avoid disappointment ✨

White chocolate on vanilla choc chip is definitely the people’s fave 😋

Recently I’ve been baking cakes for birthdays of family and friends. I was in two minds about sharing the images on my cookie page but think it’s good to show that behind the scenes I love to bake all kinds and forever work on improving my technique and creativity.

This was my Dad’s birthday cake; three layers of his favourite Victoria sponge (which just happens to be my name 🤷🏻‍♀️)
