This morning for the first time in a long while I woke up and didn't check my social media.

Instead - I revisited where my journey began a few years ago listening to "Motivation Daily, Motiversity" on Spotify……..I'm still listening as I write this.

I'm getting back on track both literally and figuratively.

After reading Steven Green post this morning …I reflected on how small we actually are in the grand scheme of things….. We're just tiny specks in the universe - and I've been putting too much pressure on myself……….Feeling overwhelmed doesn't help me - so I'm stripping things back and returning to basics…..

- Set goals
- Meditate
- Practice gratitude
- Stretch
- Keep things simple
- Stop overthinking
- Remember that other people's opinions are non of my business ….. 6 & 9
- Focus
- Embrace failure as part of the journey
- Work hard but have fun

I feel great this morning.!!!!!!

I may have fallen……..but I fell on my back - If you can look up - you can get up.

Every setback is a setup for a comeback.

REFLECTION IS SO POWERFULL

I AM sat on the toilet about to go to bed and I Just wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts and feelings…..

I'm always striving to be the best version of myself that I can… and that means being open to change and willing to face the forks in the road…… If that means asking for advice or adjusting my path - then that's all part of the journey - and that is allll good.

What’s important though … is acting upon the advice I receive…. not getting defensive.. not getting uptight… not getting upset…. And this is especially when the advice comes from someone more advanced in their life journey.

Learning from their experiences is INVALUABLE

By navigating the twists and turns and trusting the process - I truly believe that I'll eventually get to where I need to be…..So far, acting upon my gut feelings whilst working hard and maintaining a clear goal and vision….. even when I didn't realize I had one….. has aligned everything and brought me to where I am today.

I WILL SUCCEED!!! I AN GOOD ENOUGH !!! and to the haters and doubters trying to bring me down to their level of conditioned thoughts 😂 😂 😂 I THANK YOU 🙏🏻 .

It's because of YOU that I strive…..YOU give me the power and the energy to drive to my goals and achieve my visions.

I don’t normally share this kind of stuff because of the shear amount of people that ask me to sponsor, donate, share etc is huge….. and this would mean my feed and bank account would take a battering daily.

However, a very good friend of mine who is not on social media has asked me if I can help out anyway with one of his wife’s nieces.

The story is heart breaking

So what I’m asking is a huge ask but please donate maybe one pints worth of money and have one pint less this weekend.

This morning I was walking on the beach ………. And I thought I was walking in a straight line.

I stopped and looked back because I wanted to see my foot prints as I’m the only one on the beach …..

Guess what ……. I was allllll over the place.

THIS MADE ME SMILE!!!

WHY?????

BECAUSE … THIS……IS ……… REALITY !!!

You think you are walking in a straight line in life - you see your goal/vision and you walk straight. Things happen that push you off course - in my case this morning it was the wind, uneven ground, an ankle reconstruction and picking Jimmys ball up to throw.

In life things like death, money, breakups, financial crisis, addiction, weather etc force us all off our journey to the goal/vision.

What I had forgotten and what looking back at my footprints on the beach made me remember was …….

ASLONG AS YOU PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER AND MOVE FORWARD YOU ARE GETTING TO YOUR DESTINATION - IF YOU STOP AND GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING TO MAKE THAT LINE PERFECT YOU WILL NEVER GET THERE.

GOING LEFT AND RIGHT WHILST MOVING FORWARD WILL TAKE LONGER BUT ATKEAST YOU ARE NOT DOING THE SAME ROUTE EVERY DAY - BECAUSE THAT S**T WILL GET YOU NOWHERE
