A sneaky insight to our packing day.

First we start nice and early by having the stock arrive at the office.

This is then brought in and broken down into 4 different types. They are mixed into Chocolate - Jelly - Fizzy and Foam. Normally they are mixed in batches of around 50kg each.

Whilst doing this our orders for the day are being printed off as well as the Branding labels and also Ingredients.

Once orders are printed and we know what we are needing we line each 50kg tubs up and begin process. Scales on, flat boxes to one side and lining paper to the other. All set up ready to pack on our 18 meter packing line.

We then carefully mix each style together with another to make the perfect blend of Pick n Mix sweet boxes. This is normally the start of our 200-300 box making day.

Once each box is packed, it’s closed and then sealed with an ingredients label and branded at the top telling our customers what style of box they have received. This is including the box Branded name and a description.

Once around 3/4 of our packing line is filled with sealed boxes we start to pack them down into our shipping boxes ready to send to our franchises. These are then completed, taped closed and shipping label placed on.

Then we are done :) seems east but this is around a 10 hour process.

Stock arrives to our drivers and are put into categories. Drivers then spend a large part of the day advertising ready for orders that evening.

Beginning the night the driver will have dealt with customers request before and will continue whilst on the road.

The entire process at Sugar Rush is built to allow our driver take an order and deliver to straight to the customer within 60 minutes across the country.

The end result is the customer gets their treats fast and are enjoying them in no time.

Stock rolls in, and our drivers categorize it with the precision of sweet connoisseurs.

They then spend a good chunk of the day mastering the art of advertising, gearing up for the evening rush.

As night falls, our drivers juggle customer requests and hit the road, multitasking like pros.

At Sugar Rush, we've perfected the process so our drivers can take an order and deliver it to your door within 60 minutes, no matter where you are.

The sweet finale? You get your treats fast, and you're enjoying them in no time.
