I teach three classes are back to back, starting with Yoga Basics at 5.30 🤍
It’s a slow, stretchy Hatha class for beginners and beyond that’s almost booked up for June. Drop me a message if you want to book for July ☀️
We have space in our 6.30 Yoga Flow, which is a slow vinyasa flow designed to stretch and strengthen 💫
Or you could try our 7.30 Vinyasa if you like something stronger 💪

Being a marathon widow is a great complement for my yoga practice - teaching me to sit in discomfort (or stand and wait in the same spot for an hour in discomfort 🙈)
And it’s also surprisingly fun ☺️🙌🏃♂️🫶

Here’s my face and some stuff about me.
I’m a dog person with no dog…yet 😜
I’ve wanted to teach for years and years and finally finished my 200 hours training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga this year 🎓 🎉
In 20 years practicing yoga I’ve tried tons of styles and teachers but keep coming back to Vinyasa - the combination of breath and movement helps me switch off from my mind and move into my body, and helps me feel like a healthier, happier version of me ☺️
I try and live my life in balance but I have two kids 🫠 so am fuelled by coffee and chocolate ☕️
Being outdoors and moving my body makes me happy so I hike and wild swim whenever I can 🏔️. I feel like I was made to live in the mountains, close to the sea…but instead live in the landlocked flatlands of Milton Keynes 😂
I love geeking out on functional health and mindset podcasts 🤓
The best TV shows ever are Succession, Mad Men, Sopranos, The Wire, the Ozarks. Fact
I’m stupidly proud of myself for growing potatoes 🌱
When I grow up I want to move to Mallorca and teach yoga full time ☀️

There’s been the best vibe in my Monday evening classes - thank you all ☺️. And last night I even managed to sneak out for a little swim afterwards. Definitely want to make that a regular thing!

I love a sweaty yoga session - anyone else? My classes on Monday were super sweaty and I went to a gorgeously sweaty one (thank you ) last night.
I feel like yoga is the perfect summer exercise - just the right level of energy expended and the stretches feel extra good.

So many people think they can’t do yoga because they’re not flexible or strong or young or they have aches and pains etc etc, the list goes on…
But yoga really really really is for EVERY body 🫶
If you’re new to yoga, pregnant or have mobility issues or you’re just not sure if a class is right for you, just drop the teacher a message or grab them before class. Mostly we’re a very accommodating bunch ☺️
My DMs are always open if you want to chat about how yoga can be adapted for you. And I always offer modifications during my classes 🤘
I also offer 1-2-1s for people who have limited mobility, are post surgery or are new to yoga and want to test what works for their bodies in a private space. Drop me a message for more info 📧
