* All clients must be minimum 16 years old at the time of treatment.

* I am not able to treat you if you have arrived more than 15 minutes late to your booking. You will be refused and you will loose your deposit payment.

* NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING.

* Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

* Deposit £15 will be deducted from final price on a day of treatment.

* I am not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your visit I will arrange new visit we resolve problems.

* If you wish to reschedule your booking you must give a minimum 24h notice, otherwise you will loose your deposit.
