It's time to switch off for a week to focus on spending uninterrupted time with my family.

When you're self-employed, it's hard to take a proper break, and it's unusually busy for this time of year. But it's so important so you avoid burn out.

🛍 It's so easy to get sucked in. And before you know it, you've spent loads and started cluttering up your home again.

📦 Decluttering includes managing what comes into your home.

💡Top tip: Jot down the money you would have spent ( you could use it to do something nice instead). If you did this all year, just think how much money and space you would save!

Now we're coming to the last week of school for many, why not go through the school uniform and donate anything too small to MK Storehouse for their uniform event.

Before you get new uniform, go through what the kids have already. They don't always need new items. Anything they don't need, !

For residents, MK Storehouse is always a great option.

Clearing out your shed or garage and have old bikes to donate? Cycle Saviours is a great charity to donate to. They also do excellent bike services and have a shop if you need a new secondhand one!

This is such a fabulous shop. I recommend it it to all my clients. I love buying refill so I buy only what we need saving me money and food waste. They also have fresh produce so we also get our fruit and veg from here too. Almost no plastic and they deliver!
