I've been really getting into gut friendly food recently (as you do over 40 lol)
Did you know you can forage for so many things in the UK countryside that provides a bounty of gut-friendly nutrients?
Wild berries for example fit firmly into the category of nature's pharmacy, they are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, supporting our overall well-being.
Get out there and get foraging in nature's free supermarket!

The last in this run of headboards has giant juicy woodland fruits good enough to eat! With the deep berry hues the bright pops of red and yellow make this round a vibrant exciting space.

My headboards have a front row seat to all of the hare-raising shenanigans that go on on if you're planning a party maybe you should hop along too! 🐇

The autumn oak with it's vibrant hues of reds, oranges and golds makes for breathtaking landscapes and has inspired endless artists and poets throught time. This oak fabric design brings a classic warmth to the room no matter the season.

Anyone who knows me knows I love a bit of lastminute.com I will mull over a decision for yonks be absolutely certain and turn on a sixpence at the finale (sorry anyone involved with my livingroom repaint 🙈😅)

Which one did I go for?

I can confirm that the creative process catches me out EVERY SINGLE TIME and I have to take a breath and trust the journey.
I have learnt to let go in the moments of struggle as they often lead to the most exciting breakthroughs IF you trust your instincts.
Always keep pushing forward with determination, keep making the mistakes it often gets s**t before it gets awesome.

Here's my favourite of the nature inspired headboards at , its so pretty and soft yet there's something about the wild rambling roses with their thorns and understated flowers and the powerful falcon with its sharp beak and talons that captures the untamed beauty of the wild.

Who knew ancient English had a term for the unique servitude I embrace as my cats minion? 😅
It's kinda fun though I think we should bring it back.
Who else feels like they're just a pawn in their pet's master plan?
