1+2+3) Olney Farmers’ Market - the OG market for me. Love the customers here. Lovely visit from of with the lil Milk & Beans logo on the jersey.

1&2) pilgrimage to Notts with friends. Wouldn’t be a visit without heading to . Bowled over each and every time. Standout was El Placer Maragesha from .coffee thanks to !

4) .coffee another visit to Vibe With. Great to see how the space has come along! And so, so lovely to see how busy it was.
5) embarrassingly my first time . Came away regretting not coming sooner. Staff v friendly in heat and during a rush. And everything was banging

A coffee day in the capital on Saturday

love,love,love an intense day of caffeination and pastries. Here’s where I went:
1&2) - been wanting to go since these guys opened, and finally made it. Stayed here for a couple. Proper community atmosphere. Exceptional coffee to boot and very friendly

2) - there’s only so many times you can see the reels from this place and not go. I had a Sourdough Sophia knot. Passionfruit curd inside, big yep from me

3&4) .cafe - been highly recommended by alumni - rightly so! Flight from was quality. Super high end products and varied customer base, amazing to see

5) .ldn - collab between and managed to make it before it’s gone. Also hopped onto the cupping hosted by & some bangers on the table that I will be ordering

6) .coffeen5 - last time I came here it was a quick takeaway situation (was v busy). This time I got to sit and take my time! Lovely staff, lovely brew!

1) - mainstay in MK. Always find it amazing that a small business exists in such a prime and big spot and is holding it down. Might have had a milkshake one day and a waffle another…

2) - a delightful surprise to see Kate on Saturday . We agreed to a little switcheroo and the goods are GOOD! Pistachio cookie my fav but Kinder and Biscoff are wonderful

3) - every month they do a special. This was the azzurro and I was so scared I had missed it! Alas, I made it. It was so friken good

4) - Emma is often at the same events as me and is soooooo friendly and energetic. And her cheesecakes???? Booooy, a real treat

5) .cakes - the boys Ben and Ben. I love them. Carrot cake is off the charts. My personal fav is actually the apple crumble. But, being realistic, picking between them is an impossible task. On Saturday, I picked up almost one of everything and shared it with the fam

6) - can’t not visit Steve, even when there’s no real reason to go there, I’ll find an excuse. Had a cortado while chilling there, but also picked up a bloody big bag of goodies. Go there, get a sausage rol, or bread or a pastry and your life will change

7) - pistachio cruffin. It just, it was so good. So small, so sweet and so cute! I can often be found hitting them up for their soft serve at events too

1) back at Casa Mió for an evening with Dr. Lucas Louzada who is joining as their new head of post-harvesting. The research and knowledge was simply astounding 😧 thanks so much .fazenda was a wonderful evening

2&3) a trip to last week when dropping off their coffee. Went for the No.2 slider. Love Penne and Dave they are the nicest in the world 🥺 and their food offering is simply YUM!!
4) a flying drop off of coffee for Steve which we just so timed so that I could try his new Rhubarb and Custard danish 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉 if u know me at all, u know I 🫶🏼 a fruit pastry and it didn’t disappoint one lil bit
5) I personally think these guys are flying under the radar. The food offering is silly good and the Forbidden Fruit batch was excellent
6) .cafe crazy busy here, super flat white!
7 & 8) opened a cafe in Soho inside and it’s f**ken gr8. Staff and coffee at a v high level
9) haven’t been here since 2021. Really great space and 🔝 service and products!!
