Ayurvedia Ayur meaning Life and Vedic meaning Knowledge bringing my life's learnings to you! Taught in India and bringing their tradition ways of working on the floor, no massage bed to roll off of 😅 you will feel grounded allowing your body to be opened with yogic stretches or lazy yoga as my clients call it! 🙏 I use oil and powder for deeper strokes and exfoliating the skin whilst working into the blood system too. We only put things on our body we would put in our bodies no nasty chemicals all Vegan products no cruelty.
Then an Indian head massage to relieve tension and a natural face-lift massage to relax the facia and promote the skin to revitalise.
