The Nail Cove

After a lot of thinking I have decided to take a bit of a step back from nails, and reduce my hours considerably. This hasn't been an easy decision, and I will still be continuing, however I'll be doing fewer hours / days.

I know I have a lot of messages currently. I am slowly working my way through them. I haven't had the easiest of times recently, and I am trying to catch up, but please do be patient.

Hi all

This isn't a decision I have taken lightly, but one I hope people understand.

Upon following advice Due to my health, I am having to cancel all of my appointments for this week. I appreciate that this is not ideal, and it has been a very difficult decision to make. Unfortunately, as I work alone, when my health suffers I tend to not take time off when needed and this can make situations worse.

I hope everyone who was booked in understands. I apologise again for the short notice of this. I will be in touch with everyone towards the end of the week, to get people rebooked in if this is what you would like.

Going forward, I will also be reassessing the hours that I am working to limit the strain on myself. Again, I apologise and hope people understand the reasons for this.

Just a reminder to everyone, I am now off until Tuesday. I will respond to any messages sent during this time once I am back. If you have sent me a message, please bear with me, I have had an extremely busy few days and will get back to you!

Throughout the summer holidays, my hours will be significantly reduced, so I will be less likely to be able to offer last minute appointments. Please bear with me during these few weeks, I will do my best to fit everyone in where possible!

**CHANGE IN WORKING HOURS**

In order to somewhat improve my work/life balance I am having to change the hours that I work.

From March, I will only be offering evening appointments on a Tuesday and a Thursday. I will also be limiting appointment availability on weekends. I will still be doing my normal hours during the day throughout the week, so very little has changed really.

I try my best to fit everyone in, but in doing so, I do have the tendency to not give myself any time away from work. Because of this slight change, if everyone can try and be as organised as possible with appointments that would help me greatly, particularly if you know a specific day or date that you would like them doing.

Could I also remind people once again that payment is needed at the time of treatment. I am desperately trying to keep my prices as low as possible, but this can only be done if people pay me. I really haven't got time to be chasing payments, nor is it fair for me to do so.

Sorry for the slightly grumpy post, I would also like to thank all the support I've had from my clients. I feel honoured and grateful to be as busy as I am, I just need to manage my time slightly better 🤣

I have dropped my phone and completely broken it. I do have a new one arriving, but it will take me longer to respond to any messages until it's here! If you have text or WhatsApp'd me, I'm also not ignoring you, I just can't see them!
