Hi everyone! So the time has come I have to put my prices up slightly, since I started this business in 2017 I've never once put them up, I've always been happy with my prices, comfortable charging what I charge, I know over last few years everything has gone up, but still I didn't increase them, as long as I could pay my rent and stock, bills I was happy, well my rent has had to go up now, I've been really really lucky it hasn't gone up once in the 3 years I've been on bridge Street, and I massively appreciate it! I've added £2 to each treatment, I hope everyone understands, new prices will be active from 1st April as will a cancellation policy, thankyou I appreciate every single client I have! 💙

This month has been the worst month for people not showing up for appointments, this is not directed at anyone personally, everyone has different things going on I know this, I just feel I need to share, I feel that I'm really reasonable and I don't charge for thing I can move or fill, this takes up so much time and is a little stressful messaging people and changing thing around. I really try my best for all my clients I have lots of love for every single person I treat, and I really care about your experience, I've never put my prices up and I don't want to but from January I'm putting a new system in place where either a booking fee or 50% of treatment is to be paid upfront, I hate asking clients to do this but I really have no choice now,, I'm sorry and I hope everyone understand, lots of love 😔💜
