🍋 Fruit and veg stock for this week in store! 🍎

It's market week for Sunshine this week which means one thing - we have some extra special fruit & veg in store which we don't always have for yous! Think oyster mushrooms, mixed UK cherry tomatoes, kholrabi & much more! All items are while stock lasts, so if you're after anything in particular head down to the shop or pop to the market on Saturday!

We have a shop full of goodies to choose from this week, we have a large range of UK produce including some extremely local items from Hendon Regenerative Community Garden! Ask staff for clarification on which items these are!

(All usual items such as potatoes, carrots, onions, apples, bananas etc. are still available aswell.)

Our fruit and veg selection varies each week and once it’s sold out in the shop that’s it gone. If you are after anything in particular please don’t hesitate to drop us a call or a message and we can let you know if we have any available.

Our fruit and veg stock on the website is not a representation to what we have available in store. If you are after particular items available to buy online, make sure you place your order online by midnight Sunday and we can order these items specifically for you!

We are absolutely elated to welcome Naila to the Sunniside Market tomorrow. She holds a special place in Sunshine's heart as a close friend and is known for her exceptional culinary skills, particularly in preparing mouthwatering Pakistani dishes. Naila will be doing two cooking demonstrations, showcasing the vibrant flavours and traditional techniques of Pakistani cuisine. We are eagerly anticipating her arrival and can't wait to share this culinary experience with all of you at the market! Your presence would truly add to the joy of this event. See you there! x

And just like that we've got another market just round the corner. With this Saturday, 23 June, being the 4th of the month, we'll skip a week and the first market in July isn't until the 13th, so you might want to stock up a little. We'll be there between 9am and 1.30pm with 19 local producers and music will come from our friends in Hexham Bluegrass. Hope to see you there!
