We are an Electrical Contractor based in the Bristol area which carries out a variety of electrical services with particular emphasis on large design and build commercial contracts and student accommodation.
Project Spires Oxford - Another newly completed project of over 80,000ft2 consisting of a conversion of two existing retail units into commercial offices and laboratory space including front and rear extensions. The project was them completed with a CAT A+ fit out.
Another project completed, this one at Kingston for Willmott Dixon - a refurbishment of 89 student studios and apartments consisting of communal rooms over five floors.

Phaze Electrical has recently employed a ROTL (Release on Temporary License) operative who is working on one of our projects, Homewood Grove in Chertsey which is a 116-apartment retirement village. He is being mentored by our Site Supervisor Mick Scanlon and overseen by our Contracts Manager in the South East, Mike Hindson.
This initiative is being run by Willmott Dixon and O'Neill and Brennan Fareham through their Constructing Futures Programme who work in partnership with New Futures Network to provide work placements for offenders in the last 24/36 months of their prison sentence from CAT D (open prisons) and classed as “model prisoners”. The licence allows offenders to work each day and allows them to work 7 days a week, providing them with the skill and experience they require for the future.

We have recently completed a refurbishment and remodelling in Portsmouth University Eldon Building to create a media and broadcasting facility. The project was carried out over 4 months and included the installation of specialist lighting and lighting control, mains distribution, local power supplies and specialist fire and security systems. Well done Team Phaze!

Well done to the all the Phaze team who completed The Village Hotel Basingstoke with a defect free handover and a certificate issued to us by Willmott Dixon.
We are very pleased with the completion of the new sports facility in Wi******er for Willmott Dixon. This consists of of 3 pools including an Olympic size swimming pool, a climbing wall, extensive gym and café/social area.
We have recently completed a new 144 bed IBIS hotel in Bridgwater for Midas. This comprised of meeting rooms, lounge area and a Keepers restaurant.
