The New Ferry Community Land Trust
The New Ferry CLT is a non-profit community-driven organisation run by volunteers whose primary goal is to improve the local area for everyone. The advantages of any CLT are that those improvements are decided by the community as a whole. As such, those improvements are far more likely to meet the needs of the local community, than if they were decided upon by others.
As a community organisation, the CLT can far better reflect, respond to and act upon the desires of the community if the people of the community become members β this is a democracy! If youβd like to be involved, please message us to enquire about membership.
