Our call out charges is £60 and includes the first hour, after which it is £40 per hour for all repair visits within a 30 mile radius of Newark On Trent. Extra mileage charge is £1 per mile. Filters, seals and replaceable parts for additional cost.

📢 Do you know what is included in a basic hot tub water treatment kit?
1. ✅ Sanitiser: Chlorine or Bromine - help keep hot tub clean and the water fresh.
⚠️ Never mix Chlorine and Bromine in the same water.
2. ✅ Test Strips - measure the chemical level of the water (alkalinity, chlorine (bromine, pH and TH Total Hardness)
3. ✅ pH Plus or pH Minus - controls the pH of the water to keep the Ph within a safe level.
⚠️ Make sure that your hot tub’s pH level is between 7.2 and 7.8. It means that you will need either a pH increaser (pH Plus) or a pH reducer (pH Minus) to keep the pH within a safe level.
4. ✅ Anti-Foam - reduce foam that can occur when incorrect cleaning products or excessive algaecide, make up, hair products or false tan creams get into the water in hot tub.
5. ✅ Total Alkalinity increaser - stop the PH of the hot tub moving up and down erratically.
⚠️ Added once the Chlorine content and the Ph level are correct.
👉 To keep a healthy environment in hot tub, regular care is required. A good rule of thumb - change the water in the hot tub every 3-4 months.
