Seasonal Plant Medicine & Magic 🍁

I am extremely excited to share the first of 4 seasonal workshops to reconnect and realign you back with the seasons and what Mother Earth has to offer you by means of plant medicine and magic.

This immersive 4 week course will guide you to connect with the season of Autumn. We will connect with four plant allies which will bring you medicine for the mind, body and soul.

You will also be given a recipe to work with the plant medicinally, information on how to work with the plant magically and a guided journey each week will also be shared.

This workshop is designed to reawaken your connection with self, with the Earth and open your psychic abilities as we work with the physical and spiritual aspects of each plant.

Moving with the cycles of the wheel of the Earth we will journey with the plants, discover their medicinal benefits and their magical elements to use in manifestation to support us on our own journey.

Each class will be 60 minutes. Time 4.00pm- 5.00pm GMT.

Each class will be taken via zoom. Every week a zoom link will be emailed out to you. You will also be emailed written material to each part each week, if you attend each Seasons workshop you will end up with a beautiful manual full of recipes and information related to medicinal plant uses and magical plant uses.

The cost of this course will be £199.00 payable upon booking your place.

Crown Chakra Divine Connection Herbal Tea

This divinely inspired loose leaf tea works by opening the crown centre and connecting you to the Higher Consciousness in and around you. Bringing you enlightenment and connection to your Higher Self. Found at the top of the head these herbs physically help enhance cerebral circulation and boost CNS function.

Aromatic in taste, it is refreshing both warm and cold and brings a sense of space and light around you. Opening to the crown it can connect you with the thousand petalled lotus and it’s deeper meaning spiritually.

Clearing the mind and reducing fogginess it helps support and calm a busy mind and the central nervous system.

Mint and Liquorice Herbal Tea

These two herbs have been used together for centuries and compliment each other beautifully, both in taste and in partnership. It can be enjoyed as a soothing sweet tea any time of the day.

It can, however be especially enjoyed after a meal, aiding digestion and reducing bloating, cramps, flatulence and heartburn.

Both mint and liquorice have also been used for many years in recipes for colds and flu. It is soothing and cooling when coughs and sore throats are present and can help to reduce a fever. Liquorice is a demulcent and emollient which coats the respiratory system lessening any irritation.

How are you all doing today after the intense heat yesterday?

I am now back from my holiday and a well needed few days in Wales, and back to being here for you guys. If you are struggling with the heat or need me to help in any other way, emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually I am now back to work and can answer messages.

Throat Chakra Herbal Tea

This sweet infusion has a blend of herbs which will support and open the throat chakra and also soothe any soreness in the throat.

The throat chakra is associated with the element of ether and the sense of hearing. It relates to the ages of 29-35 and 78-84.

The Throat Chakra is where we hold our ability to speak our truth, where we communicate from and where we can give a voice to our thoughts. It is also our centre for creativity. When this chakra is in balance we can express ourselves easily without any fear and also listen to others easily.

If this centre becomes out of balance you may find it hard to speak up or could feel unheard or ignored. You may find that you talk over others or find you are talked over yourself. You could struggle listening to others too. You may also feel no flow with your creative expression. Physically you could have a sore throat, feel like there is a lump in the throat, have a sore mouth, blocked sinuses, sore ears or carry tightness in the shoulders, arms or hands.

To soothe this area and bring balance and transformation, take a few minutes out of your day to sit with this beautiful tea and breathe in deeply, imagining you are breathing in through the front of the throat with the colour blue and as you breathe out, breathe through the front of the throat again imagining any blockages or tension being released.

The colour of this tea is so beautiful due to the butterfly pea flower, you can also add some lemon or citrus to add an extra zing and see if the colour of the water changes. 🦋

I make all my teas and prescriptions …. slowly …. in peace …. in mindfulness …. with spirit at my side - slowly mixing, stirring, affirming health and healing. 🍃

I visualise and ask for Mother Earth and all her herbs, plants and trees to bring healing to those who sip from the cup in whatever way they may need and want. Ingredients include the rich goodness of elderberries, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, orange, water and sugar to preserve. This beautiful syrup is essential through the Autumn and Winter months for colds and influenza and for boosting the immune system at the first sign of any infection. It can be taken as a simple medicine or what I prefer to do is, add it to hot water and enjoy it as a warming infusion. A 200ml bottle is £6.50 (plus P&P).
