Today we have found ourselves back home schooling for a week before the Easter holidays. Jacob decided to have a little break from his work and wanted to do some finger painting 🥰

He hates getting messy but he can deal with a small bit of mess on 1 finger. The wipes are ready for him though!
I've noticed since the last time we did this book, he's taking care to follow the instructions and draw with the finger prints to make it perfect.

First day back to school for this one. All was looking great until he fell over up the road from school and he burst into tears. 😢

He was fine once we got to school. He has decided he's into knights now and said he was going to be as brave as a Knight going into school.

Look out for some knight books being brought soon. He's already asked me to get him some knight books on my next order.

Anyone elses child change their favourite things quickly too?

So home schooling is back today.

Jacobs topic at the moment is explorers. Also at the moment Jacob is very much into the moon, planets and stars.

This book has been his favourite book and has been really helpful to read in line with his topic work.

Also did you know cbeebies are doing space week this week. Jacob is super excited 😍 let's hope we can still do school work at the same time ❤️
