You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call us, and action any changes for them in a timely and professional way. You'll be confident in logging all details onto our CRM, and be able to question customers to discover the best area of the business to help them.

Please be extremely vigilant when opening text messages from unverified senders.

We have been made aware of a Flubot text message scam, affecting all mobile networks, which appears to be from delivery companies such as DPD, DHL etc that contain a link to 'track delivery' or 'manage your parcel', and when clicked download malicious malware onto your phone as a system app which cannot be deleted.

This malware then uses your phone as an SMS generator to attempt to infect other phones, and scans phones for cryptocurrency wallets and banking apps to try to steal information.

Today was our annual Christmas pizza party for those in the office, unable to work from home, which means 2020 is *nearly* a wrap for team DRC! (Office security, Jack, is still licking his lips at the smell of pizza🐶)
