Please Don’t put any candle wax products ?? ( the pink colour ) in your Dishwashers !! This customer was very lucky I managed to dissolve the wax with HOT water and some time , otherwise £250 in parts would have been the bill

Just following on from a call just received ,
There’s is next to nothing any engineer can do about smells from inside a washing machine that u can’t do yourselves ,
Only about 1% of modern machines can have their drums split so u can clean out the residue build up inside from doing LOW TEMP washes with MODERN detergents that don’t contain bleach , RDS recommends egg cup of bleach into drum couple of OLD towels on a 90° wash once a month , Hope this helps Rick

Just Sharing this Info up as a follow on from a Customer call today and many in the past , this leaflet was given to Us ( Mum , Dad & I ) as it’s date at bottom SOME years ago , but is still relative today to EVERY Washing machine on the market , From cheapest Bush to most expensive Miele , The Washing Machine will only Fully Spin a well distributed Load , and this in turn is NOT a FAULT with the appliance ,

A Mouse was NOT going to be the death of this Philco Dishwasher my Dad sold over 20+ yrs ago

Just another bit of advice ? Save you paying me my callout Fee to remove these items from your Washing Machine drain systems . Done 7 in the last week , not sure why the sudddn increase , BUT if using reusable Make Up wipes or Colour Catcher sheets place them in a Netted washing machine bag to avoid them getting sucked in between the drums and then drainage system , Rick

Just a General bit of advice , whenever you find these paper instructions on a Plug , please remove it b4 plugging into Socket , Bit of a FIRE hazard ,
