Four pairs of curved head doors and frames

This one really tested out our cutter collection, we have acquired over many years.
The client had 5 different existing mouldings that had to be matched, to complete the profiles around the house. 🪵🪚🚪🪟🤎.

Another returning customer, this time instead of their bespoke front door, we manufactured and fitted a pair French doors 🚪 and updated the beading and glazing bars on some of their windows 🪟 as they were rotted. 🪵🪚🪟🚪🤎.

Very happy with our most recent project, this front door and gate, both being a frame, ledge and braced design with TGV boarding, all purpose made 🪵🪚🚪🤎

A lovely bespoke oak stable door for a cottage, We really enjoyed making and fitting this door,

Timbers used - laminated European oak and solid European oak,

Door finished in osmo 420 clear oil 🪵🪚🚪🤎.

From start to finish this Solid European oak stable door, now ready for osmo oiling and fitting. 🚪🤎.

With these, 12 solid oak barn style doors with a bead and butt detail, the customer kept the desired look they envisaged for their barn renovation. ☑️ 🚪 🤎.

One of two sets of bespoke European Oak doors are now fitted and ready for use for a rum and cider barrel room. The second set is due to be fitted imminently. 🪵🪚🚪🤎.

A customer asked to replace this bottom sash as it was rotting away. We took the existing sash back to our workshop and used it as a guide to manufacture the new one, we had a cutter made especially to match the moulding, you wouldn’t know it was a replacement!! 🪵🪚🪟🤎.

Finished this door off today for a repeat customer, he was looking for a sturdy and secure door for his garage but also had to looking traditional at the same time, so we manufactured a frame, ledge and braced door.

Finished in a rosewood oil, gives the wood protection from the weather and making the door stand out against the brick work. 🪵🪚🚪🤎.

A bespoke door manufactured and fitted for a local preparatory school. This door specification was to be in-keeping with the rest of the period building with the added glass for natural light into the room.

Working progress at the workshop….this frame, ledge and braced door 🚪 and frame are now waiting a rosewood stain and then onto site to be fitted.

This sapele hardwood front door was manufactured and fitted by us. The customer wanted a large glass front to take in the views and allow more sunlight into the living room.
Finished in a rosewood oil.

This is a curve headed hardwood window, designed match the existing windows around the house, finished in a rosewood oil🪟🤎.

It’s always great to return back to a previous customer, they were looking for a more traditional cottage style door to replace their upvc one.

A hardwood pair of doors and side lights that were manufactured and fitted by us. The customer wanted more light into the room, so we used thinner glazing bars than the original thick ones to achieve this.

Recently fitted these two doors into a cottage. These doors have been upgraded from the original thin single boarded, ledge and braced doors to a double boarded with insulation between to make them more energy efficient ,we also upgraded the existing frames to take draught strip to help stop with the air escaping the property. 🪵🪚🚪🤎

A disabled access door made for a local school. This was a tricky project as the brickwork was in very poor condition and water damaged inside, we’ve finished just in time before the children return from their holidays. We were very pleased in how this turned out.

Two different types of cottage style windows that we recently completed for a client, one being rebated together for a fire egress and the other with traditional casements.
A refresh from the old rotting ones, ready to protect from the autumn and winter months.

This is one of our most recent project of a replacement staircase for one that had been damaged by water, this has to be completely like for like in order for it to fit in the previous staircase position 🪚🪵🤎.
