Ooft it's good to be back
Honestly don't think I've enjoyed a month of work as much before. Lovely combination of clinic cases in Newbury & Hungerford, football and rugby matches & trainings. Shoutout to first year student Ellie assisting at her first ever rugby game (live or on TV)
Well done to everyone that's been smashing their rehab, some awesome progress being made!
Next week marks the return of Rehab Classes in Hungerford

NEW BLOG
Righto, we've given blog writing a bash
Rather than a sciencey, heavy duty blog, this is more of a relaxed view with all things Sports Therapy. Definitely won't be winning any literary awards and I apologise in advance to any former English teachers for my lack of flowing prose

Featuring lockdown hair, hangovers and some tips about returning to your activities
So if you're struggling with filthy DOMS, picking up ni**les during or post training, please get in contact and we can help!

Day 4 (yesterday)
Excellent day of writing rehab programmes for previous appointments followed by a smattering of shoulders, elbows and backs in clinic
Followed up with first aid and mobility sessions at rugby training. How good does the Monks Lane Megabowl look in sunsets and floodlights π
Day 3
Today, we loaded up the mum wagon with all the equipment and performed some mobile visits to clients in their own abodes - PPE'd up as normal. Job's a good'un
Day 2
First day back in clinic today with a couple of tricky shoulders, a wobbly knee, stiff hips and a solid pair of ankles.
Followed up with rugby training tonight with the Newbury boys focusing on grappling and wrestling in preparation for going back to full contact
Lovely.
Day 1
We'reeee baaaaaack
Today was spent pitchside covering the trials day. So good to be back pitchside with my wee medical bag. Looking forward to working with the newer members of the squad when they join the programme in August
Tomorrow: clinics in Hungerford & Newbury. Lovely range of shoulders, knees and hip to see followed with prehab with the boys at rugby in the evening
Accurate representation of me heading back into clinic next week....
So yes, we are Anthony Agogo to restart again this coming Monday 12th April and cannot wait
Really looking forward to seeing everyone's faces in person instead of behind a computer screen!
If anyone is struggling with a ni**le, or has picked up an injury with the return of some outdoor sport OR just fancies some body TLC, please do get in contact
