Due to being let down , we require a chaser driver for the upcoming straw season . (1st July to September)Ideally someone who has some experience in using a transtacker. It’s not essential to right the candidate , A can do attitude is however.
It will be on a new Jcb fastrac .
As usual you will need to work on your own and be able to maintain your own rig. (Grease check oils , clean out rads etc )
We operate on a CTF system so some knowledge would be great but again not essential.

If you just want to ‘have a go’

You’re going to meltdown in a pressure
situation.

You do not process a driving license .

There are long hours , which will be suitably remunerated depending on age and experience.
Accommodation can be provided if needed , some evening meals etc .

Tractor driver GFW, needed for progressive arable farm and contractor . Varied interesting role , workshop skills advantageous.
Also :
Harvest Staff needed 1st July -September For busy arable and straw contractor based near Newbury Berkshire.
Long hours and hard work required.
Experience ideally, but training can be given . Responsible and adaptable to busy high pressure season.
Modern John Deere /Krone and JCB equipment.
Clean Driving license essential. Telehandler ticket preferable. Accommodation provided if needed.
In all seriousness please do not apply if you think you just want to have ‘go’ or feel slightly snowflakey . This is hard work and can be relentless, however a huge sense of achievement , knowledge and respect earned by being being part of a team for the harvest season .
