The worrying concern is it sounded like a real person. However it is most seriously spam!

Did not get it when I spelt my name.
Questions it asked/presumed

How longf have I been waiting for the council to fix the repairs ? Was I in arrears for less than £1k? Had these problems been going on for more than 1 month? And would repairs cost more than 1k£?

When asked how they got my number, said it was from our marketing team from a survey you filled out.

Big giveaway is the pauses and how it didn’t like my name reposnese , carried on, and then came back to it.

Just received a call from 'public health department' - asking if I'd had the covid jab and then if I'd had any reactions. That was when my cautiousness got really worried, They would not answer which public health department they were in, or location they were calling, and hung up when I asked how they got my number.

If it feels weird - never give out personal information. ask the awkward questions. real people get it, and will find a middle ground.

When Ron, frustrated with studying for NEWTs and with Hermione’s anxious sixth-year nagging, explains to her what reading is like for him, Hermione’s breath catches. “Ron, you’re dyslexic,” she says, softly, and instantly regrets every snide comment she’s ever made towards his study habits.

Soon, by asking around, Hermione amasses a list of spells for Ron to try - some stilling the page, some changing the font of books for easy reading, some going after Ron’s temporal lobe directly.

These help, a little, but not as much as knowing there’s a word for why reading is so hard for him. That it’s normal, that he’s not stupid, and that Hermione suddenly helps instead of criticizes, looks for solutions rather than complains, praises instead of gloats. ]
