Halmerend past and present is a page set up so people can look at and share picture's of this famous
Row of terraced housing on the playing field in Miles Green behind The Royal Oak pub. This picture was taken in March 1980, the row was to be later demolished in 1981.

One of the cottages ( High St ) taken on new year's day 1980. The cottages were demolished on the 14th-15th April 1981.
