Crystal Sound Therapy...
Vibrational frequencies using Crystal sound bowls which have the ability to move through skin, fluid and bones of the body. Creating a full body relaxation and recalibration right down to the level of cellular structure, amazing right!
The experience creates an environment of resonance within the body. They have the ability to slow your brain wave patterns creating more delta waves. These are the dominant waves present during sleep.
Singing bowls were created over 5,000 years ago, and made their way to the regions of Tibet, Nepal and India which all have singing bowls in their history and culture dating back some 2,000 years. They are made from crushed crystal which is moulded into the shape of a bowl.
Multiple studies have shown that they help to -:
Reduce stress and tension, anxiety and depression
Decreases blood pressure and slows down heart rate
Increases general wellbeing
Encourages emotional healing
Reduces the effects of physical pain
Increased energy levels and so much more.
** However, Crystal sound therapy is not appropriate for anyone with a pacemaker, metal work (without consultation) or certain sound sensitive epilepsy**
