Revitalize Health UK *** Update 26/10/22 ***

Apologies about the silence however we have been working really hard behind the scenes to set up the new website, 3rd party warehouse and build the stock back up to give a good level of service again.

We have completed and tested the new website and 3rd party warehouse with successfully processing over 100 orders without any major issues. The re-stocking has not gone to plan however we do have a lot of stock in, but we are still awaiting some items (the site now tells you how many we have in stock). We wanted everything to be perfect, but the last order has still not arrived (been promised it over the weekend).

The plan is to send a re-activation email out to all previous distributors and customers over the next few days. Saying that you can get in contact by the [email protected] email and we can manually send it out.

Looking forward to working alongside you and 'revitalizing' the Revitalize CBD brand. Our aim is not to become the biggest company, just deliver an excellent quality product and great customer services.

Exciting News

To keep everyone as informed as possible during the transition I have drafted the message below. Our aim (both the current and new owners) is to make sure we get through this process with minimum disruption to you all.

As someone who has personally benefited from the amazing products of Revitalized CBD, I am absolutely beaming to say that over the next few weeks, I will be buying the brand and the associated products.

A fantastic brand has been created by the current owners based upon quality and service. As true entrepreneurs, they have now focused on their next challenge and I am keen to pick up the reins to focus on driving service levels and sales for all.


Over the next 4 weeks, we aim to look at the following.

To drive service levels – re-locate all products into a specialist market leading storage & distribution company to ensure the service level to all customers is set up for excellence.

Develop and implement a new website – this will interface directly with the stock control of the distribution company. This will allow a more joined up approach in the supply chain and help reduce the likelihood of stock outs.

Product review - there are currently more than 230 different products, this adds a complexity to the business making it more difficult to maintain excellent service levels. The plan is to ask for your input to help us establish what is the correct products to stock. We would much prefer to give great services on our core products and spend more time looking for the next best products. We have already been into Europe looking at a range of potential new items but to do this, we need to make some space.



It will take us the next month to set everything up and as well as buying the business, we are investing more than £20,000 in stock to make sure we have the right stock at the right time. If we try and do things too early, then we may let you down. This is not acceptable and does not sit with the core values that we work to.

We don’t want to become a massive, faceless machine (the exact opposite). Let us start together slowly, with the focus on being the best, not just the biggest (yet 😊), our main aims will include.

· The highest quality products (We have that now)
· The best service levels (we will work together to get this)
· Give us all a better lifestyle whilst having a positive impact on people’s lives (we know the products can do this)
