Keeping your pelvis and lower back neutral - NOT pressed into the floor - moving your legs WITHOUT ROCKING your pelvis. Imagine you have a tray of drinks across your pelvis! She uses a mixture of bodyweight, resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc to take you through a cardio and strength workout.
